MetWallet withdrawal — complete step-by-step process

MetWallet is the official payout partner for Chamet agents and hosts. Once it is bound correctly, weekly settlements arrive without any manual request.

Create your MetWallet account with the exact name printed on your government ID, then bind it inside the Chamet agent dashboard or host wallet. A name mismatch is the single most common reason a payout is rejected.

After the Monday settlement, the available balance can be transferred from Chamet to MetWallet instantly, and from MetWallet to your bank account, UPI or local payment method — usually within 24 to 72 hours depending on your country's banking rails.

Keep every transaction reference. If a transfer is delayed, our team can escalate it to Chamet support with your Agent or Host ID plus the MetWallet order number and get a status within one working day.

Withdrawals are processed in USD and converted at MetWallet's daily rate. Small network or bank fees may apply on the local leg of the transfer.

  • Minimum withdrawal amounts vary by country and payment channel.
  • Complete KYC in MetWallet before your first withdrawal request.
  • Bank account holder name must match your ID and MetWallet name.
  • Weekly settlement day: every Monday.
  • Never share your MetWallet OTP or password with anyone.
  • Support can trace any pending transfer with your order number.
